This policy explains what personal information Autheseum Enterprises Private Limited, operating as Head Over Noise (“we,” “us”), collects through this website, why, and the choices you have. Questions: support@headovernoise.com.
What we collect
- Order details you give us: your first and last name, email address, the product you chose, your agreement to the Usage Policy and final-sale terms, and whether you chose to receive product updates.
- Payment information: handled by our payment providers. We receive a payment ID and status, never your full card number.
- Technical information: your approximate country (from your IP address) so we can show the right currency and payment option, plus standard server logs kept by our host for security.
- Optional analytics and marketing data: only if you allow it in cookie settings.
How we use it
- To process your order and deliver your files on screen and by email (for UPI QR payments, we match your payment by its exact amount, plus the UPI reference if you choose to add it)
- To help if you have trouble with a download or payment
- To prevent fraud, abuse and misuse of our licensed files
- With your consent only: to understand how the site is used and measure ads
- Only if you tick the optional box at checkout: to send you product updates and emails from Head Over Noise™. We record when you agreed. Every email has an unsubscribe link, or email support@headovernoise.com to stop at any time. Order and delivery emails are sent either way.
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't send marketing emails unless you've asked for them.
Who we share it with
Only with service providers that help us run the store: Netlify (website hosting and order records), our bank, HDFC Bank (UPI payments in India), Dodo Payments (payments outside India) and Resend (delivery emails). If you opt in, analytics or advertising providers may also receive data. We may share information if the law requires it or to protect our rights.
Cookies
Essential only is the default. Essential cookies keep the site and checkout working, remember your cookie choice (hon_consent, 180 days), and let our payment providers process payments securely and prevent fraud. Analytics and marketing cookies are off until you switch them on. You can change your choice anytime with “Cookie settings” in the footer.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as needed to provide your downloads and meet tax and accounting requirements, generally up to 8 years. You can ask us to delete other data sooner.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including California and other US states, the EU/UK and India), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or get a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for targeted advertising. We honor Global Privacy Control signals as an opt-out of marketing cookies. To make a request, email support@headovernoise.com. We won't treat you differently for using these rights.
International transfers
We're based in India and our providers may process data in the United States and other countries, with appropriate safeguards.
Children
This site isn't directed to children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we update this policy, we'll change the date at the top of this page.
