All sales are final
The Aligned Action Reset is a digital product delivered instantly after payment. Because the files can't be returned once they're downloaded, we don't offer refunds, exchanges or cancellations after payment is processed. Before paying, you confirm that you want access right away and that all sales are final.
If something is wrong with your files
You'll see your download links right after payment, and we'll also email them to you. If you can't download or open your files, or something seems wrong with them, email support@headovernoise.com with your order number. We'll make sure you get working files.
Paying by UPI QR (India): when you pay by scanning our UPI QR code, we confirm each payment by hand against our bank account. Send us a screenshot of your payment at team@headovernoise.com and we'll email your download links within a few minutes. If we can't match a payment, we'll email you to sort it out.

Duplicate or failed payments
If you were charged twice for the same order, or charged without receiving access, contact us and we'll fix it.

How payment works
Buyers in India pay in Indian rupees by UPI, by scanning our QR code. Buyers everywhere else pay through Dodo Payments, which acts as our reseller and merchant of record and may add applicable sales tax or VAT at checkout. We never see or store your full card details.
