1. Who owns this product
The Aligned Action Reset and every related file, template, page design, prompt, method, name and piece of text or artwork (together, the “Materials”) are owned by Autheseum Enterprises Private Limited, operating as Head Over Noise (“we,” “us”). All copyrights, trademarks and other intellectual property rights in the Materials belong to us unless we have assigned them in writing. Head Over Noise™ and See · Shrink · Schedule · Anchor™ are our trademarks.
2. You're buying a license, not the content
When you pay, we give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Materials. You don't become the owner of the Materials or any part of them.
3. What you may do
- Use the Materials yourself, for your own personal goals
- Download and keep the files on your own devices
- Print copies for your own personal use
- Fill in, write on and keep your completed pages
4. What you may not do
Unless we give you written permission, you may not, in any form or by any means:
- Copy, reproduce or republish the Materials, in whole or in part
- Share, send, forward, upload or post the files or pages, including in groups, drives, forums or social media
- Sell, resell, rent, license, give away or include the Materials in another product
- Use the Materials, or anything based on them, for commercial purposes, coaching, therapy, consulting, workshops, classes, courses, memberships, clients or groups
- Create adaptations, translations, summaries or new products based on the Materials or the See · Shrink · Schedule · Anchor method
- Remove or change any copyright notice, license notice or branding
- Use the Materials to train, test or prompt any artificial intelligence or machine learning system
You may show your own filled-in pages on social media for personal sharing, as long as you don't post blank or full pages others could use.
5. One license, one person
Each purchase covers one individual. Your files are marked with the email address and order number used at checkout, and the license applies to that email only. Teams, coaches, schools and businesses need a separate written agreement. Email support@headovernoise.com.
6. If this policy is broken
Your license ends immediately and automatically, and you must delete every copy. Any use outside this license is copyright infringement. We will take action to protect our work, which may include takedown notices, claims for damages and court orders, in India, the United States or wherever the infringement happens.
7. No refunds on termination
If your license ends because this policy was broken, no refund is owed.
8. Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Mumbai have jurisdiction. We may also seek urgent relief, such as an injunction, in any country where infringement happens.
